The T. B. Band.  A group of men of all ages in lounge suits and pill-box hats, two with corporals' stripes, with a leader in a fancy hat holding some sort of decorated mace and a man sitting in the front holding his fancy headgear.
The band consists of triangle, cymbals, three toy drums and gramophone horn.  What can this be?
A private photograph, presumably English, 1920s or 1930s.
